Meditation is a practice in which an individual trains the mind or induces a mode of consciousness, either to realize some benefit; or as an end in itself. Practice of meditation is to sharpen the ability of focus and introspection to derive optimum value from our life and living. This helps in cultivating calmness and stability of mind, patience, tolerance, understanding, kindness and compassion. These are invaluable traits that lead us to live life fully.

As per individual’s state, different meditation practices are applied such as:
